New version of UMIS 2020

Dear UMIS 2020 users,
We would like to inform you that UMIS 2020 has been upgraded with the following new functionality:
When there is a communication with the Managing Authority in the module for E-application and the candidate selects a “New Answer” button for a question that has already been answered, the message in the E-application module has been changed to: “You have already answered this question. Are you sure you want to send a new reply?”
After sending a new reply, the previous one(s) have the status "Archived" instead of "Cancelled" and the communication is not in the typical grey color. The MA has access to the archived messages including to the attached documents.
