New version of UMIS 2020

Dear UMIS 2020 users,
UMIS 2020 has been upgraded with the following new functionalities:
- In the E-application module, in the application form, in the "Attached electronically signed documents" section, when selecting the document information button, a text with the maximum file size, which is predefined by the Managing authority (MA), is also displayed;
- In the E-application module, it is now provided the opportunity to create and announce tender procedures, according to the Decree of the Council of Ministers, before there is an announced or created procedure for providing financial grants, i.e. not related to a specific Programme, procedure or project proposal.
In the electronic application module, in the "E-procurement" menu, "My E-procurements" tab, after selecting the "+ New procedure" button, appears a screen, in which there is a new button above the list of project proposals "New procedure without a project proposal" with explanatory text to it.
With this functionality, it has been created an opportunity to announce and conduct procedures for the selection of contractors at an earlier stage for applicants and potential beneficiaries through the system;
- For the purposes of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) in the E-reporting module, the functionality for sending forecasts for upcoming payments has been upgraded and when sending forecasts from the Monitoring and Reporting Structures (MRS), the system allows automatic aggregation of the information from the forecasts, sent by the final recipients, according to procedures managed by MRS;
- For the needs of the 2021-2027 Programming Period and the RRP, there have been applied some changes to the data-entry process in the "Documents – description" section in the Financial Report in the E-reporting module as the process of dividing the funds by sources of funding (EU, NF, VAT) for a certain expenditure document, using the ratio of the corresponding budget line to which it is bound, it is now automated;
- For the needs of the 2021-2027 Programming Period a new reference "List of operations under Regulation 1060/2021" has been created in the "References" section of the Public module of the system, which generates the basic information from the grants contracts.
