UMIS 2020 UPGRADE
Content:
Dear UMIS 2020 users,
UMIS 2020 has been upgraded with the following:
- In the E-application module, section “Attachments electronically signed documents”, now can be visualized information about the allowed file extensions of the documents that must be enclosed, as it gives the users of the system the opportunity to review the allowed file format;
- In the E-Reporting module, section “Contractor selection procedures and concluded contracts” has been upgraded with the following functionalities:
o In section “Individuals and Legal Entities”, sections “Concluded contracts” and “Contractor selection procedures” it is now possible to export the data in Excel, which facilitates the work of the users in the module;
o In section “Concluded contracts”, when marking the checkbox “Without procedure”, it is obligatory to fill in information in field “Type of the contract” and “Subject of the contract”, as the specified control requirement is also valid for previously entered contracts. Thus, completeness of the information in UMIS is achieved and the control functions of the responsible organizations are facilitated;
o In section "Contractor selection procedures and concluded contracts", section "Lots" it is provided the possibility to cancel a single lot, thereby achieving maximum compliance with the actual processes in the case of a partial cancellation of contractor selection procedures;
o In the "NRRP Intermediate Stages and Implementation Goals" reference in the public module of the system, an option to export the data for a specific payment is provided;
o In the E-application module, section "E-procurement", in the tabs "Tenders and Offers", "Draft Offers", "Submitted offers" and "Archive", after the column "Beneficiary" an additional column has been added, visualizing information about the registration number of the contract, under which the specified tender procedure is financed, thus facilitating the search for information in the module.
