"E-reporting" module UPGRADE

Dear UMIS 2020 users,
Тhe system has been updated with the following changes:
• In order to improve the process in the “E-reporting” module the beneficiaries are now able to download and then upload the following reporting documents – technical report, financial report and payment request. When editing a document, you will visualize the option “Download file”, which allows the users to save the reporting document to the PC. When activating the button “Upload file” for an element of the reporting package of documents, the beneficiary is able to choose a file prepared and saved in advance, which opens in the system in editing mode.
This new functionality allows the beneficiaries to keep their reporting documents as files and if necessary to upload them. For example, if a project modification is required and in the meantime a report is being prepared, the beneficiaries have to delete the corresponding reporting documents. From now on, in such cases, the information can be stored locally on the PC and then uploaded.
We would like to draw your attention that uploading a file automatically erases the information in the reporting document that is in editing mode.
• The number of the entries allowed in section “Contractor selection procedures” is increased from 50 to 100.
