Dear UMIS 2020 Users,
The system has been upgraded to introduce the following new functionalities:
- Advance Payment Requests – Removal of Restrictions
The system now allows beneficiaries to create and submit advance payment requests for verification without any limit on the number of requests, regardless of whether Reporting Document Packages (RDPs) containing previously accepted advance payment requests of the same type already exist.
The system also allows:
• Beneficiaries to create and submit advance payment requests when other Reporting Document Packages (RDPs) are not in “Accepted” or “Rejected” status;
• Beneficiaries to create and submit any type of Reporting Document Package, and Managing Authorities (MA) to verify any type of RDP, regardless of whether there are advance payment requests that are not in “Accepted” or “Rejected” status.
- New Functionality in the “Feedback” Section
A new functionality has been introduced for registered users in the system’s e-Application and e-Reporting Module. In the “Feedback” section, under the newly created “Sent Messages” tab, users can now view the questions they have submitted through the system. Users can also attach files of up to 10 MB to messages sent through the system.
