Title:

New version of UMIS 2020

Content:

Dear UMIS 2020 users,

UMIS 2020 has been upgraded with the following new functionalities:

- A control for invoice number has been introduced - for expenditure justification documents of the "Invoice" type, a control has been introduced for the "Unique number" field in order to standardize the information that is entered in it, according to the current requirements in the legislation. The system allows entering a number that is ten digits long and is only of numbers, for all cases in which the "Invoice" type is selected. The control does not work for foreign companies.

- The template for the Microdata participants file (ESF) 2021-2027, which is downloaded and uploaded into the system through the electronic reporting module, has been updated with changes in "Participant Origin" column (column O) and in the column "Activity" (AA). An option has been provided to fill in information, both from the drop-down menu and to freely fill in text from the beneficiary.

-In the "Contract" tab, under "Versions of Contractor Selection Procedures and Signed Contracts” in the editing mode of the "Individuals and Legal Entities" section and the "Contracts with Contractors" section, the field "The procedure has passed preliminary control by AOP" is not filled in by default, it requires mandatory entry of information, and in the absence of data, the system displays an error message.

An option has been added to filter the information by columns.

-In the "E-reporting" module in the Technical Report, the names of the following fields in the "Indicators" section, have been changed :

• Field "Cumulative reporting" changed to: "Cumulative reporting by beneficiary"

• Field “Reported value for the reporting period” has been changed to "Reported value".
