After logging in with your username and password you have the option to create a new application form for you or your client to fill, save server or save it to your local computer, and later to edit and finish. Once you have prepared and completed form by the system can submit their proposal. If you have ready and filled form, you can submit you project proposal via the system.
In your profile you can store all your old or current customers or your proposals.
If you have not yet created a profile through your mail, you can create a new one from the link New user.
