UMIS 2020 UPGRADE

Dear UMIS 2020 users,

The “E-Reporting” module in the system has been updated. A new restriction has been implemented when a single element from the project reporting documents package (technical report, financial report or a request for payment) is returned to the beneficiary or when a new version of the contractor selection procedures and signed contracts is created.

When a financial or a technical report is returned to the beneficiary by the Managing Authority, the system will allow correction only of the costs and indicators, which are not yet verified by the Managing Authority.

In section “Contractor selection procedures” the system does not allow deleting or changing a document, already uploaded in a previous version, but allows adding new files. Moreover, in the sections, mentioned above, in the fields, where new files are uploaded, there are new additional columns – “Number of version” and “Date of activation”, which will provide information about the time, when a document was uploaded.

The described changes aim to facilitate your work with the system and to enable faster processing of the documents you send.
