New version of UMIS 2020

Dear UMIS 2020 users,
UMIS 2020 has been upgraded with the following new functionalities:
- For the needs of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), in the E-reporting module, in the "Contract" section, it is now possible to fill in and send the table representing the progress of the implementation of the key stages and goals (Joint Monitoring Table). The table allows monthly data input about the progress achieved on the key milestones and targets, applicable to the final recipients or the Monitoring and Reporting Structures (MRS). In addition, the system sends a reminder e-mail to the relevant investment/reform management team on the 4th day of the month, which comes after the previous reporting month, in case a table has not been sent, yet;
- For the needs of the Recovery and Resilience Plan in the "E-reporting" module, in the "Reporting documents" tab for packages of the "Financial and Technical Report" type, it is now possible to send a batch of reporting documents without a "Financial Report" element created. This is applicable in cases where no expenses have been reported by the final recipients for the period.
