New version of UMIS 2020

Dear UMIS 2020 users,

A new version of the system is now available and a new functionality is activated, so that the beneficiaries currently have the option to prepare and send an electronic request for amendment/ change of the grant contract. The new service allows the beneficiaries to initiate the necessary changes, creating a new version of their contract all by themselves, directly in the “E-Reporting” module, in the current version of it and send it to the Managing Authority/ Programme Operator, who will receive a notification for the event, so that they will start their check of the requested changes.

In case there is any inaccuracy in the data provided, the MA/PO return the structured request to the beneficiary and they can execute changes directly in it and send it back.

The new functionality will automate and optimize the entire process, it will reduce the number of the technically made mistakes and it will contribute to reducing the administrative burden.
