Increasing the administrative capacity of employees in the ESIF and EFSM funds management system (the System), in administrative structures responsible for the enabling conditions and in administrative structures - key beneficiaries of the programs, through a complex of traditional and innovative trainings, practical coaching and trainings, networking, master class in an international environment for the exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge on the processes of managing ESIF and EFSM funds.
