Under the program, co-productions with Bulgarian participation (or European co-productions with Bulgarian participation) and their promotion at art markets in the EU, at international forums, foreign stages, festivals and events are admissible. This may include participation in festivals, European forums, art sharing platforms, etc.
The procedure encourages joint participation of Bulgarian cultural organizations and a cultural organization from an EU member state.
Through the launch and implementation of proposals for the implementation of the investment, the scheme aims to create cultural products or to preserve the cultural heritage, which are accessible to the public free of charge and pursue a purely social and cultural goal.
Promotion of Bulgarian cultural products at the European level and stimulation of European cooperation, between Bulgarian CCI and CCI from other member countries, to preserve the common cultural heritage of Europe, including by providing access to digital art platforms of co-productions between Bulgarian and European CCI. The purpose of the procedure is to increase the recognition of the Bulgarian CCI and create new opportunities for the Bulgarian cultural products to establish themselves on the international and European scene and to be accessible to the European public.
Proposals may promote one or more cultural and creative sectors and may be interdisciplinary.
