БГ - Предмет на доставката (софтуер за физическа верификация на топологията на CMOS интегрални схеми по 90nm процес) е EDA (Electronic Design Automation) софтуер, предназначен за проектиране и физическа верификация на интегрални схеми, съвместим с производствените модели и PDK (Process Design Kit) на производствена технология DBHitek 90 nm IB11SJ. Софтуерният пакет следва да осигурява пълна поддръжка на physical sign-off процеса за технология IB11SJ и да работи с бази данни, основани на стандарта OpenAccess.

EN - The subject of the delivery (software for physical verification of the topology of CMOS integrated circuits using the 90nm process) is EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software intended for the design and physical verification of integrated circuits, compatible with the production models and PDK (Process Design Kit) of the DBHitek 90 nm IB11SJ manufacturing technology. The software package should provide full support for the physical sign-off process for IB11SJ technology and work with databases based on the OpenAccess standard.
