BG14MFPR001-2.016 - "Market supply - compensations - Aquaculture subsector"

Providing compensation to aquaculture farms for income foregone and additional costs resulting from the crisis in the Middle East in relation to the provisions of Article 26(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2021 establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (Regulation (EU) 2021/1139) and on the basis of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/889 of 16 April 2026 establishing that the situation in the Middle East which occurred on 28 February 2026 constitutes an exceptional event leading to significant market disturbance (Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/889).
