Comprehensive development support will contribute to job sustainability within social enterprises and reduce the risk of poverty and social exclusion for the disadvantaged individuals employed by them. In this regard, the operation places emphasis on hiring women, persons with reduced work capacity, and the long-term unemployed in these types of enterprises.
