4 4x4 off-road vehicles, 4+1 seats, incl. summer and winter sets of tires will be purchased for the needs of the HC Centers. This requirement is provoked by the bad infrastructure in the project target regions, especially in the rural areas and the severe winter conditions. The cars will be used for transportation of members of the staff of the HC Centers and the mobile units and will not require special equipment for transportation of patients. 
 The amount does not includes VAT,  but VAT is an eligible expense according the VAT declaration.
