Completed/terminated procedure

The objective of the present procedure is to contribute to building resilience within society, and in particular among young people, against radicalisation, extremist propaganda and hate speech, including in the online environment, as well as to the preparation of assessments of threats related to organised crime and corruption, and more specifically to support the strengthening of capacity for crime prevention and counteraction.

The procedure is targeted at the following implementation measures, in accordance with the programme under the ISF:

Promotion and development of measures, safeguards, mechanisms and best practices related to the early identification, protection and support of victims of crime

Mechanisms for achieving resilience among young people against radicalisation and hate speech in the online environment.

Use of effective interactions through pooling resources and knowledge and exchanging best practices between Member States and other relevant stakeholders, including civil society, through the development of joint risk assessments

Assessment of threats from organised crime and corruption in Bulgaria.
