The subject of the procedure will include: software program for management of the teleassistance services;  personal devices to be installed at the home of the beneficiaries compatible with the software program - devices to measure blood pressure, temperature, ECG, etc. commaintenance fee until the end of the project). The subject also includes training of the staff of the call-center and the HC Centers to use the software program and the devices, transfer of data from the personal devices to the software program for the duration of the project as well as maintenance.
The amount does not includes VAT, but VAT  is an eligible expense according the VAT declaration.
