The objective of the pre-defined initiative “Bulgarian Cross-border Dialogue” is to enhance the institutional capacity of the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for efficient management of the territorial cooperation programmes in which Bulgaria participates and further promote the development of regional cooperation.
