The purpose of the current procedure is to provide an opportunity to modernize existing fishing ports, landing piers, fish markets and marinas, to increase their energy efficiency, to contribute to the protection of the environment, to increase the quality of products landed on land, as well as to improve the safety and working conditions of fishermen.
