With the operation aims to increase coverage and improve access and quality of services for transnational mobility by building a new structure of the national EURES network - expanding partnerships between institutions / organizations in the labor market; creation of technical infrastructure for data exchange between EURES partners and the European portal; establishing and maintaining systems of planning, monitoring and evaluation of activities in the delivery of EURES services. Upgrading the EURES will require the creation and capacity building of EURES services providers with a focus on improving the professional competence.
