The objectives of the procedure are:
1. Improvement of the analytical and technical capacity of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (CEWR), with a special focus on the regulation of the electricity power networks;
2. Improving price regulation and the efficiency of the electricity market, in particular efficiency of the electricity power network companies and the quality of network services.
