Provision of integrated support to municipalities in the implementation of their powers under the Law on Social Services (LSS), Law on the Persons with Disabilities (LPD) and the Law for Personal Assistance Act (LPA), which will allow the smooth introduction of reforms in the field of social services and personal assistance and will accelerate the delivery of more effective, efficient and quality care to the most vulnerable groups of our population.
