The purpose of the procedure is to continue supporting the process of preparation and removal of people accommodated in homes for adults with disabilities designated for closure within the framework of the second stage of the process of deinstitutionalization of care for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as ensuring of support adequate to their needs to use appropriate social services for residential care and supportive services.
