As a result, the adequacy of their skills will be improved in line with the current needs of the business, will increase the productivity of their work and will create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively employment of better quality jobs. The procedure is implemented in accordance with Priority 3 - Reduction of poverty and isolation, increase of the economic activity of the population and provision of quality employment and social inclusion from the Strategy of the Panagurishte, Strelcha, Lesichovo LAG and will contribute to the achievement of Specific objective 3.1 "Increasing the number of people with new qualifications, knowledge and skills working in an improved environment".
