The procedure aims to provide support for professional development and flexible training opportunities to increase professional qualifications and skills, incl. the digital, of individuals who are employed under an employment contract in enterprises outside the state administration, as well as of self-employed persons. In this way, the qualification and competence of employed persons in Bulgaria will be directly increased, which will increase their competitiveness and suitability to meet the requirements for occupying quality jobs.
The procedure makes it possible to improve the participation of employed persons in lifelong learning activities.
