The aim of the operation is the integration of unemployed people aged over 29, registered in the directorates "Labour" at an Employment Agency in employment with an employer in the real business or institutions of local government through training tailored to individual needs in the workplace and subsidy for employment.
The operation will help to facilitate the recruitment of unemployed persons will get another chance to work, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, and the acquisition of professional qualification and / or digital competence (if necessary for the specific employer ). The accumulation of valuable experience and opportunities for continued employment to all unemployed covered will help in successful realization of the labor market in the long run.
This scheme supplements the measures to support the unemployed, implemented under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development 2007-2013"
The operation will complement the employability of unemployed persons, provided through "Operation New Workplace 2015", under the HRD OP 2014-2020
