The aim of the procedure is by applying the regional approach to investments in WSS infrastructure under the Operational Programme "Environment 2014-2020" by the WSS operators in the districts of Bourgas, Varna, Vidin, Vratsa, Dobrich, Kardzhali, Pernik, Plovdiv, Rousse, Silistra, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Shumen and Yambol to ensure fulfillment of normative obligations to achieve full compliance of the agglomerations with more than 10 000 pe with the requirements of Directive 91/271/ EEC.
