The overall objective of the grant scheme is to provide the necessary pre-requisites for the successful implementation of the preparatory activities needed for the launch of the construction of the gas interconnector Bulgaria - Serbia thus creating guarantees for the security and diversification of the energy supplies for Bulgaria and the countries of SouthEast Europe.
