The main goal of the procedure is to promote the development of tourism through investments in the tangible cultural and natural heritage and preservation and protection of the intangible cultural and natural heritage.
Specific objectives:
1. Encouraging the development of infrastructure for tourism development, by supporting sites of local natural, cultural and historical heritage and tourist infrastructure;
2. Preservation of the local identity and culture, through restoration, protection and development of the local cultural heritage and traditions, and preservation of the natural heritage;
