Purpose of the measure:
1) Increasing the competitiveness of the territory through investments in non-agricultural activities;
2) Creating of employment and diversification of non-agricultural activities; the development of "green economy" technologies, including renewable energy for own consumption;
3) Development of tourism combining natural and cultural values.
The procedure is aimed at helping unemployed people to work with employers from real businesses, municipal enterprises and municipalities.
