Completed/terminated procedure

The overall objective of the pre-defined Initiative is to analyse and identify gaps and needed actions directly contributing to or exploring the introduction of an innovative combined support measures for BSMEPA to support innovation and technological development of the enterprises and promotion of the internationalization of SMEs.

The specific objectives of the Initiative are to:

• enhance the exchange of knowledge and best practices between Bulgaria and Norway in promoting the competitive development and foreign market aceess of the SMEs;

• provide efficient and practical solutions for the improvement of the Promoter’s and other relevant bodies’ insrumentarium to support the emerging and existing innovators and SMEs internationalization through networking and learning partnership, technical consultations and assessment of the available tools;

• reinforce the capacity of the BSMEPA and other competent bodies in planning, monitoring and implementation of combined support measures to SMEs in terms of innovation and internationalization;
