The aim of this operation is to continue the support of the deinstitutionalization process for the care of children placed in the homes for children deprived of parental care and the closure of these institutions. The implementation of the procedure will ensure the provision of new community-based services throughout the country for which the appropriate infrastructure has been built with funds from the Operational Program "Regions in Growth".
