The purpose of the procedure is to support the production and processing of value-added agricultural products specific for the territory (mainly the production of essential oils and wine-making oils) through:
1. Making more efficient use of production factors;
2. Introduction of new products, processes and technologies, including short supply chains;
3. Improving the quality and safety of food and its traceability;
4. Achieving compliance with European Union (EU) standards;
5. Introduction of innovative processes and technologies aiming to protect the environment, as well as orientation towards the processing of organic products;
6. Co-operation and integration between farmers and food industry enterprises on the LAG's territory.
