Completed/terminated procedure

The purpose of the procedure is to develop and implement a set of analytical tools for policy-making related to the expected changes in the field of the labor organization, the employment, the emerging "new forms of labor" as a result of the intensive penetration of modern information and communication technologies , the innovations, the expected changes in the demographic situation in the country.

The procedure is developed to respond to the increasingly intense labor market changes related to the use of new information and communication technologies and innovation, the emergence of new forms of work, the demographic changes that will have an impact on the needs of the market of labor.

In this respect, the project envisages to carefully examine each identified new "form of labor", analyzing the existing legal framework and developing mechanisms to ensure the implementation of new labor organizations, and the necessary changes to safe and healthy working conditions.
