The procedure is aimed at realizing activities and measures to enable job-seekers and inactive persons, the long-term unemployed and people remote from the labor market to acquire knowledge and to acquire the appropriate skills to help them in the market labor, especially on the local labor market on the territory of the LIG Balchik - General Toshevo. Through the implemented measures, it is envisaged to increase the number of started working representatives of the target groups, while helping to meet the needs of local employers.
