The objectives of the procedure are:
Supporting the horizontal structures and units responsible for the management of European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) funds;
Ensuring the effective functioning of the Information system for management and monitoring of the funds from the ESIS (UMIS) under Art. 21, para. 1 of the Law for the Management of the Funds from the European Structure and Investment Funds;
Maintaining and developing the Unified Information Portal for general information on the implementation and management of the ESIF (www.eufunds.bg) under Art. 19, para. 1 of the ZSEFSIF;
This procedure assists the ESIF's horizontal structures and units to perform effectively their functions and to increase their administrative capacity, to carry out the communication activities described in the National Communication Strategy 2014-2020 and to ensure the functioning and maintenance of the UMIS and the Single Information Portal for General Information on the Implementation and Management of the ESIF www.eufunds.bg. The procedure builds on the results achieved in the period 2016-2018.
