This direct award procedure aims to improve quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to complex needs, including health, people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to serve themselves in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the other hand the operation aims to provide opportunities for the return of the actual labour market of people who take care of relatives with disabilities.
