The aim of the procedure is to increase the employability of employed persons - over employed and self-employed over 54 and those with secondary and lower education - to face the rapid changes in the labor market due to structural factors such as globalization, changes, aging populations. In response to these modern challenges, training will be provided for employees working in micro, small, medium and large enterprises. As a result, the adequacy of their skills will be improved in line with the current needs of the business, will increase the productivity of their work and will create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively employment of better quality jobs.
