Increasing the competitiveness of agriculture on the territory of the Association "MIG-municipalities Elena and Zlataritsa" through:
1) Restructuring and development of available farm facilities;
2) promoting the introduction of innovative technologies on the farm, modernizing physical capital and increasing energy efficiency;
(3) conservation of environmental components;
4) compliance with European Union (EU) standards and improvement of the conditions on the agricultural holdings, orientation towards organic production;
(5) promoting cooperation and cooperation between farmers.
Assistance under the sub-measure will be aimed at modernizing farms, including restructuring and modernization of farms in sensitive sectors with difficult access to the market and organic production through modernization of physical capital, intangible assets related to the organization and management of farms, new and energy-saving technologies, improved pre-production and storage
