Completed/terminated procedure

The procedure aims to modernize the activities of the Employment Agency and to ensure the provision of better services for employers and job seekers.

The procedure will extend the scope and effectiveness in finding employees with the appropriate profile corresponding to the requirements of employers and vacancies and improve the existing imbalances between supply and demand on the labor market. The participation of the social partners through analysis and forecasting on sectoral and regional level, will help for overcoming of the identified disproportions.

The procedure also aims to improve the implementation monitoring of active policy on the labor market and upgrade the existing control systems.
