BG05M9OP001-1.050 - LAG Hissarya - Measure 10 "Access to employment of economically inactive and unemployed persons and investments in raising the qualification of the employed in the territory of the LAG" (Ended)

The procedure is in line with Specific Objective 3.1 of the FRS - Improving access to employment and job quality through training of unemployed and employed persons.

Justification:

The procedure is in line with the following investment priorities and specific objectives of the OPHRD:

IP 1 "Access to employment for jobseekers and inactive persons, including the long-term unemployed and those remote from the labor market, as well as through local employment initiatives and support for labor mobility", SC 1 Increase in number of work commenced unemployed or inactive persons aged 30 and 54, incl.

IP 3 "Sustainable integration into the labor market of young people, in particular those not engaged in work, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion, and young people from marginalized communities, including through the implementation (with ESF funding), SC 2: Increase in the number of unemployed young people outside education or training up to 29 years of age (incl.) with basic or lower education, who have completed training or are included in employment.

IP 6 "Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal, non-formal and informal terms, updating knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, as well as promoting flexible learning processes, including through professional orientation and validation of acquired competencies ", SC 1: Increase of the number of persons over 54 with acquired and / or improved professional qualification and / or key competencies.

The procedure is carried out on the basis of the analysis and the interest indicated by the stakeholders during the survey and the meetings and after evaluating the potential for its realization in terms of number and types of potential beneficiaries from the territory of LIS Hissar. During the survey, stakeholders have united under Priority Axis 1 to include a training measure for the unemployed and employed targeted at different target groups as needed. Employers have expressed interest in training activities for unemployed youths up to 29 years of age in their enterprises to improve the skills and diversification of the skills of the employed in new areas, while according to the representatives of the municipal administration engaged in the provision of services to unemployed persons, the target group should be mainly persons from 30 to 54 and employees over 54 years of age.
