The main objective of the procedure is to promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development of the municipalities of Kirkovo and Zlatograd through:
- improvement of the environment and the quality of life in the municipalities of Kirkovo and Zlatograd;
- provision of basic services to the population of the municipalities of Kirkovo and Zlatograd and access to them in the fields of education, health and social care, science and culture, water supply and sewerage, energy supply, transport, public works, physical culture, sport and recreation.
