Purpose of the procedure:
“1. Promotion of employment, opening of new and keeping already existing jobs”;
2. Decreasing seasonal fluctuations in employment”
3. Promoting the development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas;
4. Promotion of investment activities and support for the development of technologies in the field of “green economy” including energy from renewable sources for own consumption.”
