The objectives of the procedure are:
1. To increase the efficiency, predictability and sustainability of the transposition of the European Union (EU) law into Bulgarian laws;
2. To increase the quality of transposition of EU law into Bulgarian laws, i.e. by extending the scope of instruments and measures to achieve the desired effect;
3. To increase the competence of the institutions, involved in the transposition of EU law into Bulgarian laws and its impact assessment;
4. To improve the quality of institutional communication of the transposition EU law into Bulgarian laws.
