The aim of the procedure is to support the social inclusion of children and pupils from marginalized groups by improving their access to quality education. This will be achieved through a combination of activities to improve the quality of pre-school and school education, vocational education, in small settlements, improving access to pre-school and school education, incl. vocational education, in small settlements, reducing the number of those not covered by the education system, school drop-outs and early school leavers.
