The aim of the measure is conservation of the spiritual and cultural life of the population on the territory of the LAG Kostenets 2010 and increase the quality of life. Cultural and natural heritage will be preserved and developed in cultural centers – community centers, libraries, schools, museums, religious temples, etc.
Within the scope of this sub-measure, grants will be provided for material and non-material investments and activities for the restoration, preservation and promotion of the cultural traditions and identity of the population and the protection and promotion of the natural resources of the LAG's territory.

(Прием по втория срок за кандидатстване ще бъде проведен, само в случай че по мярката няма подадени и одобрени проекти по първия срок за кандидатстване, или ако има такива, е останал наличен финансов ресурс). Трети краен срок за подаване на проектните предложения – съгласно ИГРП и решение на УС, в случай на останал финансов ресурс от предходните крайни срокове за кандидатстване.
