The measure has the following specific objectives:
1. Reorganization and improvement of available tangible assets in the agricultural enterprises;
2. Encouragement of the implementation of new technologies in the production and modernization of the tanglible assets;
3. Conservation of the environment;
4. Observation of the European Union (EU) standards and improvement of the conditions of agricultural enterprises;
5. Encouragement of the cooperation among farmers.
