The aim of the procedure is to raise energy efficiency in public infrastructure and in the housing sector in 28 municipalities of small 4th level cities of the national polycentric system according to the National Spatial Development Concept 2013-2025. Under the procedure support will be provided for implementation of energy efficiency measures aiming at least class C of energy consumption categories in the housing sector and in the public buildings that are administrative buildings of the state and municipal administration as well as municipal buildings of educational, cultural and social infrastructure.
