Completed/terminated procedure

The aim of current procedure is to increase the competitiveness of SMEs on the territory of the Local Action Group (LAG) “Momchilgrad - Krumovgrad” by improving production processes, increasing productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing the production chain.

The investments in long-term and non-durable tangible assets, the introduction of new and modern technologies, and the diversification of production will improve the resilience of local SMEs and contribute to the creation of new jobs or to the preservation of the existing ones, as well as increasing the SMEs export potential and increasing the incomes of the local population.

The analysis on the territory of LAG “Momchilgrad - Krumovgrad” shows the needs of SMEs to increase their production capacity, optimizing the production processes, renew the outdated technologies with new ones and increase the quality of the produced products.

The SMEs operating on the target territory need furthermore:

 common productive investments to improve production growth capacity through more effective and efficient use of production factors and through building up opportunities for perception and adapting the European and International knowledge and technologies;

 support for specialized services for development and strengthening of management capacity as well as support for growth by improving quality and by promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services;
